Hi all,
I have received an emaik today from O2 advising that my contract has ended on 31st March. I got the phone and O2 contract through Carphone Warehouse 2 years ago.
The email from O2 says that I can upgrade today if I join O2 directly and O2 will pay 2 months of remaining fees for me to switch today. Now, my problems is that my O2 app does not work and when going on O2 website looking for upgrade it comes up as "there is no account or phone number for upgrade".
Can someone please advise what to do and how to fix my contract? Can I please ask O2 representative to get in touch with me?

Unfortunately your going to have give them a call, 202 from your phone or you can Skype them using the details below.
