I have not been able to access emails on the o2 site for a few days now. Is there a problem?

I am having this issue with O2 webmail. Blank screen for 2 days now
I have a Sky ID but have never used it. If I sign in to Sky, will i be able to view all my old emails (I have a few sub-folders that I need to access as they have Holiday confirmation/travel documents in)
Also, if I use Sky, is my email address the same?
Only if you migrated your BB to Sky after O2 sold it off.

I have got no help from O2 or Sky. Cannot get at address book to set up sky e-mail. This is discussing service. No warning.
I am really sorry to hear this but can assure you that O2 stated they informed customers either via text or email starting in Septemeber 2013. Many customers lost service in November of that year...

I understand that, but to suddenly switch off before customers have switched to Sky is very bad.
I have irreplaceable emails from deceased friends, as well as upcoming travel documentation, my childrens Parentmail account, Paypal linked etc, and now I can't access them. I can't get through to Sky at the mo ... very frustrating.

Back up again now (15:02)
If I were you I would start setting up with a new email client asap. So many people this last week have lost O2 webmail completely...and with it, many important emails. Whilst it is still working is the time to transfer

Surely between O2 and Sky they must have all our emails stored somwhere? Can they legally just delete them?
