Hi
Any emails I send to hotmail accounts are returned undelivered with the following message
550 OU-001 (COL004-MC2F2)Unfortunately, messages from 78.***.17.** weren't
sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their
network is on our block list.
Any ideas how I resolve this?

Understood. The O2 webmail service has recently closed so was making sure it wasn't related to that. If you're having issues with the broadband and have tried the usual restarting the router then contacting customer services is your best bet.
