Does anbody know an email address for o2 customer services? I need to get in touch with them but "live chat", when it's on, is awful and I can't ring them as they make my blood boil when they just make stuff up so I have resolved only to communicate with them in print from now on.
Thanks!

Thanks very much, I thought it may well come down to snail mail! At least my blood pressure will be stable...until the reply comes!

stuart it may not be the live chat team but is outsourced (maybe same and all they advise is ring 202 etc) I have found the responses to be so similar to live chat that will not use it.
Luckily when I ring 8002 business customer services I always resolve issues easily etc

@Gerba You are posting in a thread that is 10 years old.
This is a customer community. If you need to speak to customer service:
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

Since joining an hour ago, O2 have awarded me 2 badges but I would much rather have an answer to my question.

The badges are a Community Forum thing, @Gerba and nothing really to do with O2:
As this explains, it is a peer support forum where users ask and answer questions.
