Does anyone know where I can find an email address for Customer Services as the last conversation on Chat the advisor told me he could not help and to call but ideally I need to send back up to what I'm asking and do not want to send a letter by post

There is no direct email for customer service.

Hi Thanks but I will have to send them a letter as I need to prove they have been charging me for something they should not have been have been down the other routes and they say it was never on my account
