Hi, help please.
I added Amazon Prime as an Extra, having been repeatedly reminded that I hadn't yet chosen an Extra.
Now my account shows I have cancelled my existing 24 month deal (set up in May this year) and taken out a new one INCLUDING a charge for Amazon Prime! It should be free for 12 months.
AND my monthly bill is now either £15.99 or £17.99 depending which part of the website I look at. It should only be £9 per month on my SIM only deal.
