E-mail not working

Hi,

 

I have an o2 webmail account and over past few days I haven't been able to access it.  Just called a help number and also on chat but they say they can't find my address - yet I am logged into type this - where has my mail gone???

Many people are having problems with email. Have a read through the main thread. Best option is to contact customer service.

am not receiving any e-mails since yesterday-have been on the webchat-suggesting I reset my router which I did-I keep getting a box up on my mail page asking for ID and Password but is not accepting-webchat has now cancelled chat on me twice in the last 2 days and I am very unhappy-anyone know what is going on?
