Does Staff F&F discount apply to already discounted airtime?

There’s a deal on at the moment where adding a certain tablet to a new refresh plan will reduce the airtime of an added phone by 20% (thereby often making the entire plan cheaper than getting the phone on its own!). My question is, if my friend gets this deal, will my friends and family discount apply 50% off after the initial 20%, before, or not at all because it’s already discounted? I don’t want them to start this deal if it’s not going to allow them the F&F discount!

Before many things changed with the Virgin merger, F&F discounts could be applied to any deal. However, as much is now different, I can only suggest you speak to payment management for an up to date answer.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Thank you! I called them and they confirmed that the F&F discount does NOT apply on top of any other airtime offer, unfortunately.
