Hi, sorry very new here, I've ordered a new handset as I was able to upgrade, when ordering the it said I was able to get next day delivery due to the time I ordered, I've received emails about the contract agreement and also saying that it's all being prossesed and to wait for the dispatch email, I'm just wondering if I meant to receive it on the same day as I've ordered as I'm meant to be getting next day delivery...

If the phone is in stock you should get the dispatch email this evening.

You can then track your delivery http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/how-to-track-your-order#qs

A dispatch email will be sent once the phone has left the warehouse. Until you receive that you won't get delivery. It's usually sent the night before.

Well it didn't say it wasn't in stock so I presume they have it available, I ordered about 2pm today, I know its only been a few hours but I'm so excited to get a new phone, just don't want to end up not even receiving it..

Unfortunately O2 don't have a live stock system so there's no gurantees, but fingers crossed for you fingers_crossed
