I've just added Disney+ last month and in my bill this month I'm paying for it twice? Also on the £2 airtime discount both times I've only received £1.61 and £1.67 why is that?

£1.67 + vat = £2.00

I'm not sure why you have been charged twice and you will need to call customer service for a refund

The reason the discount is different is because the VAT is added to make it up to the full discount

Call them on any of these numbers
