Close everything down and start over.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

So does everyone get 6 months free? Just gone to add it and it initially says there’s a charge/£2 discount on my bill. I presume that the charge is cancelled off but it’s not clear. Can anyone clarify?

@Disney

It's only free for new and upgrading customers.

Current customers get the £2 a month discount.

Well that’s annoying. Shouldn’t really send me emails stating an offer and telling me to open up My O2 to start it when it doesn’t even apply to me. Annoyed.

So it will actually cost you £5.99 instead of £7.99. We have had so many of these posts today and it doesnt help that customer service aren't taking these sort of non-urgent calls.
