Hi, I had the 6 months free Disney + extra on my account this runs out tomorrow, I would now like to add the extra onto my account £5.99 a month but £2 off my bill but when I click on it, it says we cannot show you this extra right now. Does anyone know if it is because my current offer hasn't finished yet? Or is there an issue on o2's side? Thanks
