I have just received a text from o2 (number 202444) asking why I have decided to cancel my Disney plus subscription?? I haven’t it expires in October.
Has anyone else received this or is it a scam of some sort??

Trust no one and nothing. 
Block the number and ignore it. 
Report it by forwarding text to 7726 (free) so o2 can investigate it.

can someone help ???? i want to cancel my disney + subscription but o2 has made it almost impossible to find i just keep going round in circles

Your options are through your MyO2 under manage my extras, online on the Disney website under your account settings or by calling customer service Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
