I renewed my sim only deal with 02 back in July, and received 3 months free Disney, I duly cancelled this after 3 months was up, I've just changed phone which I bought from Samsung s23u, and received disney+ free for 12 months, when I have come to redeem this I'm unable to as when I go into disney account it states the disney account is being managed by 02, I've followed everything on this site, even when I goto cancel my disney account takes me back to 02 page, how can I get this removed from my 02 account any help/guidance appreciated

Hi I followed the link when I cancelled my offer, back in October however when I go into disney account my subscription is saying it is being managed by 02

What does it say in your MyO2 ?

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.

We found it easier to start a new account with the Samsung Offer, as we had this and even Disney Plus couldn't remove the payment option, and I couldn't be bothered with o2 CS at the time

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

Hi did you have to set up new disney account with a different email address, as that's what I'm getting from 02 I.e can't remove payment account

I had to do this when I got Disney + from my bank (had it previously with o2)...

Takes 10 minutes with gmail to set up a new account. Plus you get another 15Gb storage for photos!

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Yes new email address, no real issues, and just let the old one die a slow death, and as @gmarkj said its 10 mins at the most.
