Hi,
I've upgraded my tariff recently and received an offer for Disney plus free for 3 months, I've activated it on 14th April and I've attempted to watch something today and it looks like my subscription is gone, disney plus website is asking me to renew my subscription, could you please advise?

Try in the morning - 202 will pick up around 08:15, so assuming the Social Media channels, all listed in the link just below this post, will be on their toes after that time too. Good luck!
