Hi I have recently taken the free Disney plus but cannot get it on my tv, how do I cancel with o2, or does anyone know how to get it on my tv

If you have a smart TV you need to download the Disney+ app from the app store.

If you want to cancel you need to go to your MyO2 and find your extras. Click on the + symbol to expand the options and turn off Auto renew.
