I have received a email to start my Disney plus. But when I follow the link it says my voucher has already been redeemed. I can't access my account. I can't find any information online and my myO2 doesn't work. I don't want to call and block the lines. Please help

Hi @Tpowley 

There have been many complaints similar to yours regarding Disney. General advice

https://www.o2.co.uk/extras/disney-plus

Find your extras in your MyO2 and click on the Disney extra to select it.

You then need to wait for an email to say it's been set up for you, then go back to your MyO2 to redeem the offer. It will take you to the Disney site to complete your sign in. 

Your voucher code should be filled in automatically

 

However there seem to be issues redeeming it due to the sytems slowing down

i have rang the 202 O2 number and tried to sort this out as well but nothing has worked.  I got an email to redeem my disney plus extra but it says its already been redeemed.  I rang the automated service and it just hung on me 3 times.  not sure what else to do!
