I have opened a Disney plus account with O2 as they sent me an email to get free 6 month trial.

I’ve managed to open and account, but when they sent me a link to activate it. It’s saying the redeem code has already been used, so Although I can log into the Disney plus, do I still have the free 6 month trial?

I’ve clicked on the redeem button in the EXTRA,,,it’s keeping saying redeem code already been used.

Go to your account settings on Disney website and see if it says "O2 subscription" if so, it's free.
