Disney plus won’t activate

I recently upgraded my phone and started a new contract. On my first contract, I had Disney plus as my extra and that activated fine. On this new contract, I have also selected the Disney plus extra but every time I go through the activate section and I login, it just takes me to the end page ‘download the app to watch’ kinda thing. However, it still doesn’t say it’s activated after a week of trying. Is this happening because I’ve already used it once before? Do I need to make a new Disney plus account?

No I've had Disney twice as an extra and not made a new account. See if anything in this guide helps

Your MyO2 will keep saying you need to activate it until the 28 day redemption period has passed. However, it should still be working OK, so have you tried to watch?

Have the same issue, have been trying for a couple of days and still says needing activated
