I was subscribing to Disney + on my last contract. I upgraded yesterday and my contract also includes Disney +. They have ended my current subscription but I am unable to rejoin it. I have not had an email about it and the link in My O2 is not working. Any ideas? Thanks.

The forum is full of this today so obviously an issue that O2 need to sort out.

I'd suggest you all report it on social media.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I'm having the same issue, They offered me 3 months extra for a Christmas present and then they ended my Disney+ and I'm unable to activate the Disney+, WTF is going on O2?
