I signed up to the 6 months free disney plus with my O2 contract. I now can't find the option to opt out of this but don't want to pay for it.

Go to your extras in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
Click on the + sign beneath your extra and then click manage.
Turn off the auto renew switch.
