I’ve just noticed on my bills for over the past year of having Disney I have not been receiving the £2 discount.
speaking to them today apparently I need to upgrade my airtime plan and they will not give me back the £32 as it’s apparently my fault for not having the correct plan to get the discount.
anyone out any light on this as I feel they were filling me with crap as o2 love to do

Sounds like a load of
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) and you should get more sense or at least a proper explanation.
The phone agents are just trained to sell contracts and get a commission from it so tell you anything to get a sale.
