Disney plus charges when signed up for free

I took the free for six months Disney plus offer and O2 have billed me for it and then discounted a portion of it back as a credit - I signed up expecting and believing it to be free for six months - no number available to complain and twitter gives useless link - anyone having issues?

Did you upgrade or take a new tariff? 

Existing customers have to pay £3.99 a month, it's only free for new and upgrading customers.

I was sent an email with no conditions other than sign up as an O2 priority customer - I can’t contact customer services as no numbers given that work and I would never have signed up if not free for six months.

You must keep trying the numbers to speak with them to cancel the subscription.

It's all in the wording and any offer anywhere should always be fully read and understood.
