Solved: Disney plus activation

Hi

I have just upgraded and got 6 months free disney plus, but when I tried to activate it, it took me to the disney website which then wanted my payment details. It didn't show a redemption code. Now on my 02 my disney plus extra is shown as active but I still can't access disney plus.
