Happy to help - what's the exact issue? Are you met with any error messages?
Did you receive an email with a link and instructions to redeem it? Be sure to check your junk box. If not, then you'll need to head to MyO2 and scroll down to where you see the option 'your extras' and add it to your account.
Once you've received the email, you'll need to create an account using an email address and password. You'll use those details to log in to Disney Plus.
If that fails, then you'll need to contact us on 202 free from your mobile.

You need to redeem the offer on your phone using your mobile data if you are having problems with your code not working.
