Disney + not showing on o2 account

I have signed up for the disney+ offer on my o2 account using the direct link. When i press activate on my o2 account it says the code has already been used but when i log into my disney account it says o2 subscription. However on my o2 account it says it is still not activated therefore i am not able to manage my disney account as i want to cancel it. Can somebody help me please?

You can't cancel until 28 days have passed. 

After this you can manage it and it will stop reminding you to activate.

Thank you! When do you think it will show as activated on my o2 account as i activated it just before Christmas?
