Had a 6 month free Disney+ subscription.  Forgot to turn off auto-renew so have been billed with a subscription due to start 12 Feb (today) and end 11 March.

Have cancelled the auto renew now.

Cannot access Disney+.

 

Rang 02 at 16.40 and was answered at 16.54.  The were trying to help ut awful background noise and they kept cutting out.  Finally was cut off at 17.17 without a solution.

 

Any suggestions other than just ringing back again?

It might be quicker to speak to Disney Direct, as sounds like the auto renew has kicked off there cancellation process.
