I’ve received a text saying I can Disney+ free for 6 months. 

I’ve replied but nothing has happened…how do I find out if I have got it?

I think you need to text DISNEY6 to 21500.

You will then receive further instructions.

But also check in your MyO2 to see if it has been setup there for you.

You will then receive further instructions.

Sorry, I should have said I had to text DISNEY  to 21500, which I have and nothing has happened. 
On my o2 extras it says I can only get it for £5.99. 
I will ring o2 in the morning as it’s confusing.

How long ago did you text?

It can be up to 24 hours before they set you up.

I have done the same but nothing yet. It was today so will wait until tomorrow. Did you have any results with that?

The forum is full of this today so obviously an issue that O2 need to sort out.
I'd suggest you all report it on social media.
