I recently upgraded my service and was offered 3 months Disney plus as part of the offer.  However, j currently already had a free offer on until 24 December 2021.

 

I activated the free offer bolt on thinking it would extend my current service by another 3 months or at the very least start the free offer again from today.  But after going through the process my home page on o2 still says my free offer is due to end on 24 December 2021, so neither has happened.

Yes unfortunately you can't stack them to run after the other one finishes. You also have 28 days to apply the offer.

Can't my now wasted extra be cancelled so I can choose another.  At no stage was I warned that offer cannot be stacked
