Disney Plus added to my account without knowledge

I have just had my latest bill and when I saw it was £5 higher than normal I looked at my itemised bill and saw that Disney plus has been added! I have not added it and nobody in my family has access to my account. It was not on for previous months as a free trial but has just appeared? How do I cancel this and how could this have happened. I have no emails in the inbox of the email linked to the o2 account about Disney plus. I have checked my spam inbox.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
