I’m struggling to activate my three months free Disney plus offer.
I go to ‘extras’ and then ‘ready to redeem’ where I see the offer. However, when I select ‘continue’ nothing happens and I don’t get redirected to Disney’s website.
I’ve tried in the app and then multiple different browsers but it’s the same story each time.
Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this?

The only other thing to try before contacting Customer Services is to clear all cookies and temp files from the browsers.
Other than that the best thing is to reach out to customer services, Social Media seems to get the best results, just send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
