I've had the Disney+ offer for the last few months,and recently i had to reset my phone,so lost access to the disney plus account details,i thought it would be my o2 login ect,but there is no account showing under the email, if anyone could provide any insight that'd be wonderful,pretty sure im gonna have to call O2 but just want to try a different avenue before that
