I read many comments that do not return the money back after buying a product.I'm talking about the deposit.I have contracted for 2 years and now I am in the 3 month period , I read a lot of comments that do not return the money back so simply.... Now I'm also waiting to see what happens. I wanted to suggest to some people to choose the same program as me.But I am afraid to do this because there are many complaints about this issue.I wonder how such a company makes such big mistakes, and creates such problems for their customers;in the event that I do not put the money back as it is written after each purchase I have to push it.Why get to this process? I hope everything goes well, but if she fails to speak, the company will not let it go so we will go to justice. Because I don't have time to hunt them to get my money back.

I'm not sure if you are asking a question here or not, but the policy is that your deposit is returned on your 4th bill provided you made 3 payments on time and in full.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It will show as a credit on the fourth bill and then contact customer service to have it returned to your bank account. The process should be simple but.....
