That is twice I have had a text from DHL to say what time they will be delivered and I have had to finish work early. It isn't good enough and would like to know what can be done as compensation for the inconvenience?

Very sorry to hear of your delivery delays quite unacceptable.
As you know we are an o2 community forum that gives advice and support to o2 customers who ask, and provide information and links to the help you can get.
DO YOU HAVE THEM NOW ??
If not you are best to contact O2 customer services details provided by MI5.
You can also make a complaint , if you need to complain come back and we can give you a link.
Hope all has worked out in the meantime.
