The courier says the device has tried to be delivered but they didn't knock my door. Ive been home all day in thr front room waiting, its a lie and they should not do that. This is unacceptable.  Can I get it redelivered today or collect it from your croydon north end store

This is not O2 but a community of customers like yourself. You need to contact Sales as soon as they open

Sales team, you can call them on 0800 081 0255

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

You might be better going on the couriers website and seeing when they can redeliver... You have -100 chance of it been redelivered today, nor will it be delivered to a store. 

 

And if you want it quick then your only option is to contact the courier company.
