Hi guys,
I’ve just ordered a new iPhone 11 from o2 as well as a clear iPhone case. The phone has been delivered but the case hasn’t come however it was listed on the invoice and I have paid for it.
I’ve looked online and can’t seem to find any way I can contact o2 about this, does anyone know of a number I can call or an email address? Thanks in advance!

If You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
