I order a SIM card on 30/03 I still didn’t received anything! My O2 order status says is complete. Is impossible to talk to a customer service, I’m new with O2 and definitely not a good start

Deliveries are delayed due to the pandemic. Less staff, lesss delivery drivers etc etc etc.

Once it's dispatched you will get an email and can track it

If the order is complete then it has been sent to the courier so don't worry.
