Hi Erin,

 

Given the current limitations on many industries due to Covid-19 its possible that you may experience a delay in handset getting dispatched. O2 will email you when it has dispatched but I would probably expect delays.

You can veiw the status of your order on the My O2 app under manage your account- other services- track my order.
