So I ordered a I phone 7+ on the 26/11/16 bit I haven't got an email back letting me know when it's being delivered or what's happening with it; any help would be great thank you- Callum

You wont get anything until the phone is actually dispatched @Anonymous You can check in My O2 for updates http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 Or contact CS http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus 

if concerned. it may not be in stock you see...

There is no stock of 7+
People who pre ordered in september still haven't got them - it will be weeks at least.

What I find really incomprehensible is that o2 won't or can't employ a live stock checking system and will show phones in stock, yet a 3rd party website can find out exactly what stock o2 has of every iphone available today - methinks it's deliberate deception!
