I ordered the new iPad Pro 1TB over 2 weeks ago, getting near 3 now. At the time it said a week to deliver. Still heard nothing. I did the WhatsApp chat and the person was not helpful and then cut the chat off saying they were closing leaving my question unanswered. I was wondering if anyone had ordered one and received it? I understand it's busy but they take the upfront payment and then nothing.

You'll need to wait for more stock to come in.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Same boat here, I understand what's going on but don't say next day delivery on website if it's out of stock. Absolute joke.

Problem is @Hugorunes O2's ordering system is not live, which in this day and age is really pathetic.

@Cleoriff it's just so they don't lose money to people who actually have it in stock. Don't understand how they can't have live stock updates

No nor me. I shop online all the time and every company I deal with has a live stock ordering system.

I suspect it's slightly fraudulent to state 'in stock' when it isn't. Just my opinion of course.

I say fraud when you are paying for something you have yet to receive.

Like me paying for an Asda grocery order which never turns up.

Or a phone from Amazon which fails to arrive.
