Delivery of phone

I ordered my new phone on Friday at 8pm and paid for Saturday delivery. Still not had no delivery and they took the money for it. Can they do this?

They always reserve the money first to ensure it's available to complete the order.

Sounds like the phone you've ordered is out of stock but you should call customer service to check and you will be refunded for the Saturday delivery charges.
