Delivery of order

When will I get notification when my order will be delivered as I’ve had notification it is delayed in transit

Once it's dispatched you should be able to track it here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-monthly/how-to-track-your-order

If it's delayed in transit you need to ring customer services and speak to them Guide: How to find help & contact O2
