Hi,
I ordered some buds, and have been delivered an empty envelope. I thought this was a scam by the delivery company but the label lists the item weight as 0.01kg, so they were never in the envelope to start with!
I can't get through to anyone at customer services as its not regarding a phone or a business customer.
If anyone from O2 is monitoring this board, can you please contact me?

Its an offer for cashback with Samsung, sounds like either an inventory code is wrong or somat.
Either way its not a good user experience and needs to be fixed and o2 need to do something to those customers this has happened to...

I'm aware @O2Lisa is looking into this but it appears that something needs to be done immediately to stop the outflow of £99 leaflets !!

I ordered my 5 buds on 1st December, 2 arrived, olive and violet. Graphite ones out of stock. Contacted chat to be told they had been delivered, after what seemed like an age I was finally told upto 3 weeks for delivery. Yet online still said 1 week. A week later now says out of stock online, I’ve heard nothing.
will I actually get them. @O2Lisa
