Hello newbie here. Iv recently been blocked making calls texts and no data due to falling behind on my bill but a couple of days now since I paid in full but only been able to call out and text again but still no data. Iv tried asking the support team but always says too busy try again later. Is there anything I can do without having to phone customer services as I don't really do the same hours as them and my little free time is very valuable and rare. Suffer from bad anxiety and telephone phobia.my phone scared me to death but can't be without it at the same time. I don't understand mental health either sorry about that one lol
