Hi,
I recently travelled to France via Switzerland. Strangely my mobile data worked in Switzerland but didn't work in France at all. I was able to use my phone to call still in France. I should have access to data in the Europe Zone which includes both countries. Any ideas why my data was only available in Switzerland but not France?
Thanks,
Adam

It should work in both as you say.
If it happens again some things to try.
1 - Manually search for a different network.
2 - Reboot your phone
3 - Call customer service to check for any roaming bars.
4 - If using an iPhone, change data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
Thanks.

Thanks for this, I am now back in the UK so cannot test the solutions but rebooting and changing the APN didn't work at the time. I will try different networks then reach out on social media if I experience this next time.
