Data and “no service”

I’ve recently purchased an iPhone 11 which has been working fine. Suddenly a few days ago my phone started showing “No service” and no 3G/4G. This means I’m unable to call or text anyone let alone use any other function on my phone. My phone will connect to WiFi so I can text and WhatsApp call when at home. At first I thought it was my area but I checked and the network is fine and I’ve been out and about and still no change. I’ve turned it on and off countless times and checked my billing which all seems to be fine. I’d really appreciate it any advice.

@mark02

I'd try a new sim first.
