DPD replacement?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi all,

I got an iPhone 7 Plus on Thursday and on Friday, it stopped working. So i asked for an exchange and o2 sent me a replacement this morning. Doorstep swap.

o2 told me to put all accesories and phone in the box for replacement so i did.

This morning, the DPD driver came with the iPhone 7 plus but it was in a slim un-branded box? He told me to keep all the accesories and just swap the phone so now i'm thinking ive been majorly ripped off by been given a re-conditioned phone.

Is this standard? Why would o2 ask me for everything back including headphones when all i needed to do is just swap the phone? and why was the 'Brand New' phone in an un-branded box.

Another thing, why didnt the driver give me my replacement phone by hand? He took out the replacement and put it on the floor. I'm gonna be so angry if they've fobbed me off with a re-conditioned phone when i've only had my upgrade a day.

Hope someone can help me out.

Thanks,

Dan.

You need to speak to customer service http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
You have a refurb but it should be a new one.
