Has anyone had their phone delivered and it was not a phone in the package. DPD made a delivery to me but the parcel didn't feel right and on opening it, it was not a phone. Managed to stop the delivery driver and took photographic evidence, spoke with 02 who said DPD will be in touch with a new phone. Tried to contact 02 again today and the call was disconnected and I can't now ring back for 30 mins. Tell me I am not the only one this has happened

Not unheard of but not common either. Best thing to do is get o2 to log it with DPD as a stolen parcel, but you will need to perserve with o2 to get it resolved, it might be better to contact the Sales Team on 0800 081 0255 and get them to have a look.

Hi thank you I have now had a proper robust conversation with sales team who have assured me everything is going in the right direction DPD conduct their investigation and I should have a new phone next week
