My DHL shipment was collected lastnight now says delayed and contact o2 problem is you can’t contact o2 with this current condition

You are amongst a number of customers having DHL problems. You will need to call O2.


Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

Having same problem was supposed to receive phone on Tuesday haven’t ordered it last Friday and still hasn’t came, I received a dispatch email from O2 aswell so more or less saying the problem is with DHL...

@Bambino thanks for the advice, I had contacted them as well as DHL over the last few days as well as this morning, last night I had rearranged my delivery for today in the hope it would maybe boost it onto their system although when I rang DHL this morning they said that they hadn’t even received it yet. O2s response was that they had seen that I had up dated my delivery even though dhl says they don’t have and the advisor said I am confident it will be delivered. Only reason they where probably saying that is because they looked at DHL’s tracking page that I have been looking at so they too don’t have a clue what’s going on.
