Has anyone recently been able to sort out with O2 or DHL after ordering a phone etc. from O2 and then tracking your order only for it to say delayed and to contact the sender. Been in contact with both customer service departments regularly since as my phone was supposed to arrive next day delivery up to 4 days ago and neither seem to be getting any nearer to finding it.

So many people are having this problem with DHL. I guess they are having staffing problems like everyone else.

However, your contract is with O2 and they have to get the phone to you. Call O2

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

If nothing improves are you allowed to cancel your new refresh upgrade within a certain amount of time after you place the order with o2 If it hasn’t been delivered?

You can't cancel something you never received @kmag52 . You have to continue to chase up O2
